Top reviews
As an amateur photographer, I wanted to buy one bridge camera to stop me from carrying lots of equipment. Yes, it’s expensive, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny. If you have the cash, I strongly recommend this camera, and if you don’t, start saving.
I bought this camera as an upgrade from the RX10III. It closely resembles its predecessor but is faster in operation, and the autofocus works much quicker and more reliably. It also tracks in CAF very much better and offers higher burst rates. As I am interested in photographing wildlife and birds, this is important and justifies the considerable cost. An excellent versatile camera with an excellent Zeiss branded zoom lens.
It’s already pretty much universally rated as the best bridge camera available – nothing I could add to all those reviews. It may seem expensive, but it’s well worth the price.
This camera is the bee’s knees. It may not be theoretically as good, in terms of sensor size, as an interchangeable-lens camera, but I can’t see the difference, and I think you would need to go for a wall-sized poster to do so. The freedom to have all those focal lengths available without a bagful of lenses is brilliant. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for you to use the best.
